I'm unable to login to https://dynamicspartners.transform.microsoft.com/
Hi,
I'm unable to login to https://dynamicspartners.transform.microsoft.com/. Nothing happens when I try to press the login button on the upper right corner.
Result has been the same with three different browsers (Firefox, Chrome & Edge) and with two different PCs.
Our IT says that I have the same rights than my predecessor who used to handle MS incentive cases. I am unable to for example download Proof of Execution documentation f.e: https://dynamicspartners.transform.microsoft.com/download/protected?assetname=protectedassets%2FPartner%20Activities%20-%20Business%20Value%20Assessment%20-%20POE%20Template.pptx&protected=1
Nothing happens when I open that link.
What rights should I have to be able to login to https://dynamicspartners.transform.microsoft.com/?
Any ideas that what could be causing this?

If the login button doesn't work and nothing happens when clicking download links, here are a few quick things to check:
- Role Access: You need to have the right role (like Incentives Admin or Viewer) in Partner Center. Ask your admin to double-check your access.
- Correct Account: Make sure you're using a Work/School account linked to your org’s MPN ID — personal Microsoft accounts won’t work.
- Browser Issues: Try using Incognito/Private mode. Disable extensions, clear cookies, and make sure JavaScript is enabled.
- Network Blocks: Some firewalls or networks may block Microsoft login redirects. Try a different network or hotspot.
- Still Not Working? Contact Microsoft Partner Support: https://partner.microsoft.com/support
Hope this helps!

Hi Chris_Apps4Rent, unfortunately, this is not a solution. This is a frustrating dead-end as there is no Dynamics Partner option on https://partner.microsoft.com/support and, if you raise through any other area, they will advise it's not their issue.
Also, if 1 is the issue, then thre should be a message to that effect, or the content should not be listed - doing nothing is not a solution...!
My latest is that I've been told I'm an Indirect reseller (I didn't know and I'm not sure for which product they're referencing as I couldn't log the issue as Dynamics!), so I need to raise the issue through my Indirect Provider (who I don't know and will not be able to advise as to which Microsoft portal/forum/area they need to raise the issue).
I'm pretty sure this is a fairly straightforward issue to resolve, it's just I have no way of finding an entry point into Microsoft to get to someone who knows the solution.

Hi ossikulmala, did you get this sorted? 2 out of 3 people in my organisation, that I know of, are experiencing the same problem with https://dynamicspartners.transform.microsoft.com/ The issue is not local, as their Microsoft Partner configuration is identical (as far as I can tell!), and I have tried from multiple devices, browser sessions, etc. As you discovered, there's no way to log a support ticket from Microsoft Partner Portal...!

LicensingConcierge1 thank you for your answer.
The problem is that I already created a support ticket about this through Partner center. They then guided me to create a ticket through Azure Support options as they don't manage that portal (https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/support/#support-plans
As our company don't have a Azure support plan, we cannot create Azure related support requests and they guided me to engage with community support.
And here we are...

ossikulmala everyone keeps passing you around, that's frustrating! Have you tried opening an incognito window and seeing if it works? I don't know anything specific about what you are asking, but sometimes opening it there works! Worth a shot I think.
