Dynamics 365 Purchasing Requirements for EA & CSP
Question:
Is there any Minimum QTY requirement for the overall quantity of products and the quantity of each product for EA or CSP orders for D365?
As I know, the previous policy was that the starting quantity for D365 FO EA was 75 users (regardless of product), and if there are other O365 EA then the minimum starting quantity is 20 users (regardless of product).
May I know what is the purchase policy now? I found the below screenshot, but I'm not sure about the scope of application of this Minimum QTY.
And how about CE?
Thanks

These are all min. purchase requirements for all license channels (EA/CSP).
There's no purchase requirement on D365 CE or BC.
Only the D365 UO licenses have a 20 seat min per base subscription. This applies to all license channels now.
MRS and HR subscriptions have 10 and 5 seat minimum respectively.- Mabel_SongCopper ContributorThank you so much!

Hi Mabel_Song
Is there any Minimum QTY requirement for the overall quantity of products and the quantity of each product for EA or CSP orders for D365?
Hmmm....purchasing minimums are listed in the snapshot below, which appear to be the same snapshot that you've included in your post Microsoft Product Terms
As I know, the previous policy was that the starting quantity for D365 FO EA was 75 users (regardless of product), and if there are other O365 EA then the minimum starting quantity is 20 users (regardless of product). Are you asking if O365 has purchasing minimums? If so, the Product Terms website does not list any purchasing minimums for O365. Microsoft Product Terms
May I know what is the purchase policy now? I found the below screenshot, but I'm not sure about the scope of application of this Minimum QTY. Are you asking if the Product Terms website is current? If so, Yes, the Product Terms website is current. Please review & adhere to purchasing minimums after selecting the program (EA or MCA for CSP)And how about CE? There are many acronyms throughout Microsoft, so would you clarify what you're mean by "CE" please?

I'm still asking for the purchasing minimums of D365.
Is there a requirement for the total number of users? Is there still a minimum starting order requirement of 75 total users for initial orders for D365 FO and 120 users for D365 CE?
