    I have good news!  

     

    As of January 9, 2024 the commerce system was updated such that owners of the old Marketing Standalone Base SKU can now buy the new Customer Insights - Interacted People T1-T3 add-ons.

    (This unblocks true-up of quota until they are able to switch to the new base Customer Insights SKU).

While mid-term license upgrades to Customer Insights aren't possible, you can boost D365 Marketing capacity by purchasing additional "People Unified" or "People Interacted" packs through your licensing program.
