Dyn365 Supply Chain Management Vendor Collaboration Portal License
Hi simonccf
Please review the D365 Licensing Guide to define an "external user". Here is a snapshot for your convenience:
Please also review the following links to find the definition and process steps for vendor collaboration.
- Vendor collaboration with external vendors - Supply Chain Management | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn
- Set up and maintain vendor collaboration - Supply Chain Management | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn
Once you've carefully reviewed the information above, you will likely be able to make an informed decision as to whether or not your use of vendor collaboration requires a license.

For my the license guide is not clear enough at this point and may not be possible interpretations. The answer to this question should be Yes/No and the license type required in case it is Yes. We are talking about vendor collaboration portal and access by vendor to enter invoices, or answer to the processes available in that module. Does it require a license or not for the vendors?

any updates on this, as a result do we or we don't need any additional license for External User as vendor Collaboration?
