D365 Marketing attach with Business Central Premium base and 10 seats Sales Enterprise

Correct, BC Premium qualifies as a base license for Sales Enterprise attach & Customer Service Enterprise attach licenses. At this time, BC Premium is not a qualifying base license for Marketing Enterprise attach licenses per the Product Terms website:

If I was OP, I'd wonder if buying marketing attach was technically enforceable or whether it would be just out of compliance only because, again, I think there's solid financial justification.
