D365 Customer Voice End of Sale

Hello.   There's a September 2023 licensing deck floating around out there from MSFT saying that Customer Voice will be end of sale as of 10/1.     This is not documented anywhere else and I'd ve...

    I did not have visibility to the September licensing deck, so my apologies for my previous response. 

     

    Yes, you are correct...I've researched and can confirm that effective October 1, Customer Voice will be removed from the price list & will become a lead status SKU until further notice. Existing users will still be able to use this product, so it's considered deprecated as far as my understanding goes. 

     

    More information on a replacement or comparable product may be provided in the months to come.

      If, since October 1st Customer voice is a license that cannot be sold independently, which licensing will replace it? Will it be possible to renew it for customers who already have it?
