D365 Customer Voice - Free Trial

It actually doesn't.

Microsoft's documentation and trials state that customer voice is included in the 30-day trial, but there's many complaints online about it being un-useable and that Microsoft support will not answer questions about it or being vague.

I went through adding multiple dynamics trials, including field service which states its added. Then I installed it to my environment, and added the necessary roles but it locked me out because of a "permission issue" which turns out happens to anyone who installs the trial.

When I looked up similar complaints online, there were posts from people who managed to get into contact with Microsoft tech support, and while they were incredibly vague and unhelpful, at least one mentioned that its being deprecated but that it is still available to start trials. This is pretty typical of Microsoft releases and communcation.
