One of our customers also wants to buy a new Dynamics 365 Marketing Non-Prod Application. Is this possible? Or must this customer migrate to Customer Insights to get this sandbox? I heard sandboxes are automatically integrated in the new model.

Are you asking about sandbox environments? If so, I have no knowledge of a specific sandbox SKU, therefore, that's likely why it's not on the pricelist.  Keep your eyes open for a future announcement if those sandboxes will become available.

 

Alternatively, if you have a Customer Insights license, I believe it can be used as a sandbox - Copy or restore environments - Dynamics 365 Customer Insights | Microsoft Learn
