3 External Accountant Licenses in Business Central
Where can I find the 3 Accountant licenses and can I may one an Admin.?

- To clarify, are you asking how to create an external accountant in business central that's mentioned on pg.9 of the current D365 LG? Licensing in Business Central - Business Central | Microsoft Learn
- Are you asking if one of the External Account licenses for BC has administrative capabilities? If so, unfortunately it cannot (see snapshot & pg.9 of the D365 LG).
- If this is not what you're asking, would you mind clarifying when you say: "can I may one an Admin.?" please?

John_Peace I have moved your post to our Partner Benefits board in hopes you can get an answer.
I think there is a typo in your post, did you intend to type: "can I make one an admin?"

I don't know if Partner Benefits is what he's asking since benefits are things like incentives, Action Pack, etc.
This needs to be moved to the Business Applications community

When you purchase Business Central - It comes with Accountant licenses. We sell Business Central..
These or this Accountant license or Licenses is in additional to say 3 BC licenses and are not part of the user count. It's called External Accountant License...When can we find it and where is this defined since the Accountant wants Admin rights. It's also a way for us to support the customer- without adding a user license.
