Where can I find the 3 Accountant licenses and can I may one an Admin.?Thank you/&nbsp;John Peace

Correct, the BC Essentials &amp; Premium licenses include the option of up to (3) External Accountant licenses to manage your books and financial reporting as mentioned in my reply above.&nbsp;
&nbsp;
The Delegated Admin is unable to invite the External Accountant.
&nbsp;
Instead, you’ll need to add the external user in the Azure portal and assign this user the External Accountant license.&nbsp;Delegated admin access to Business Central online - Business Central | Microsoft Learn

If you are a Microsoft Reseller in CSP, you should work with your Indirect Provider (aka Distributor) who has a direct relationship with Microsoft and can provide you with customer support, pricing, and billing that help to ensure your success.

To clarify, are you asking how to create an external accountant in business central that's mentioned on pg.9 of the current D365 LG?&nbsp;Licensing in Business Central - Business Central | Microsoft Learn
&nbsp;

Are you asking if one of the External Account licenses for BC has administrative capabilities? If so, unfortunately it cannot (see snapshot &amp; pg.9 of the D365 LG).
If this is not what you're asking, would you mind clarifying when you say: "can I may one an Admin.?" please?&nbsp;
