3 External Accountant Licenses in Business Central
I don't know if Partner Benefits is what he's asking since benefits are things like incentives, Action Pack, etc.

When you purchase Business Central - It comes with Accountant licenses. We sell Business Central..
These or this Accountant license or Licenses is in additional to say 3 BC licenses and are not part of the user count. It's called External Accountant License...When can we find it and where is this defined since the Accountant wants Admin rights. It's also a way for us to support the customer- without adding a user license.

Correct, the BC Essentials & Premium licenses include the option of up to (3) External Accountant licenses to manage your books and financial reporting as mentioned in my reply above.
The Delegated Admin is unable to invite the External Accountant.
Instead, you’ll need to add the external user in the Azure portal and assign this user the External Accountant license. Delegated admin access to Business Central online - Business Central | Microsoft Learn
