Client Side Auto Labelling Not Working
Hi All,
I have configured some rules for client-side auto labelling, sometimes it works, sometimes it does not. It is supposed to upgrade the documents to Protected B. Is anyone else experiencing this or should i be making changes to the configurations? Please see attached.

If the required license is in place and all the above scenarios are not matching yours, check diagnostics for labels available to the user and content explorer/data explorer to differentiate working and non-working scenarios and troubleshoot further.
Hope that helps!

You may have already done this, but have you run your test document against the SIT in question? (Go to the SIT and select Test under the classifiers) it will give you an exact match for the SIT against your test data just in case it's not all testing positive like you'd expect.
