Locked out of Admin Center - Forgot Password
Hi,
I have a domain with MS 365 where I am the the only Global Admin, and the account is probably locked due to excessive incorrect password attempts. Self Password Reset is disabled on the domain, and being the only admin - I am unable to perform any administrative tasks.
I am on the free version of MS 365, and not able to purchase a subscription to MS Teams for my domain. Can someone guide me the correct way to resolve this, or how to contact the correct support channel in Microsoft? The Support Page at https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/ is broken and never works.

The only is to contact \ call Microsoft support since you are the only admin under your tenant

- BAFeglesCopper ContributorI am having the exact same problem and have tried calling multiple times. The system either hangs up on me or I end up on hold for many hours; no one ever answers.
What else can I do to get some help?
