Internal Office 365 users are recognized as external
Hello,
When I send an email to an Office 365 group, it returns a message that the user is external and does not belong to the organization, but it does belong.
Try to provide some more details, we're not mind readers here. Are you in Hybrid? Where is the user's mailbox located? How is your mail flow handled? What does a message trace show?
