Consider on below:
- Check Eligibility Requirements: Ensure that all eligibility requirements for Centralized Deployment are met. Sometimes, changes in requirements can cause deployment issues.
- Browser and Private Window: Try using a different browser or opening a private/incognito window to access the Microsoft 365 admin center and deploy the add-in.
- Permissions and Roles: Verify that the Global Admin account has the necessary permissions and roles to deploy add-ins. Sometimes, trying with another Global Admin account can help.
- Service Health: Check the service health in the Microsoft 365 admin center to see if there are any ongoing issues that might be affecting add-in deployment.
- Manifest File: Ensure that the manifest file for the add-in is correctly configured and meets all requirements. Sometimes, issues with the manifest file can cause deployment failures.
- Support Ticket: If the issue persists, consider opening a support ticket with Microsoft 365 support. They can provide more detailed assistance and investigate any backend issues.
