I'm an admin and lost my password HELP!

I've been on the phone trying to reach support at Microsoft for 6 hours now. I'm an admin of an organization and forgot my password. I tried resetting my password and it says to contact my admin -- (um...thats me!). Thought I set up all the security backups in case this happened but apparently not. I need help to rest my password and access the admin dashboard asap! Please help!! ANYONE OUT THERE (in the charlie brown voice)!
