You can contact Microsoft customer service through the Microsoft Support Portal or by calling business support at (888) 319-8920.

 

Online Support & Chat

 

• Go to the Microsoft Page.

• Sign in with your Microsoft account.

• Type your issue or "Chat with an agent" in the search bar.

• Click Contact Support or Get Help, select your specific product and category, and choose the web chat option.

 

Phone Support

 

• Business & Sales Support Number: Call (888) 319-8920 (Available Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM PT).

• Global Numbers: For regional numbers outside the U.S., check the Microsoft Global Customer Service Numbers.

 

Business and School Accounts

 

• Non-admin users must contact their internal IT administrator for help.

• Administrators can sign in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center to open a support ticket or request a callback.
