Customer Lockbox access revocation

Hi,

 

I understand that Customer Lockbox access is granted for up to 4 hours, after which access is revoked.  Can you explain what exactly happens after 4 hours?  Is the Microsoft Engineer automatically logged off or will access be revoked on next logout?  If the former, will they lose their work?  Is there some sort of timer that shows them how much time they have left?

    Haniel Croitoru - I have a case, where a customer have actived  e-discovery og Logbox , but now they have Disable it in their 0365 admin portal. But when we make a script it look like it is on - but it is off in the 0365 admin portal . Do you know how to contact in Microsoft, so we can disable the functions in Microsofts system ?

      Hi Trine,

      Your best bet is probably to open a ticket with Microsoft directly via your O365 portal.
