Can't buy Sharepoint Extra file storage - ESD / CSP

Hi folks!

 

I'm stuck with a huge problem here... and neither Microsoft could help me until now...

 

We have a Microsoft 365 Business Premium and we need extra storage in sharepoint. As all docs says we need to buy from admin center (with is not available this option to us) or from our CSP Partner.

 

The CSP Partner sold us a license and its in our portal but not added to Sharepoint storage... Microsoft says that we need to buy from the portal and we don't have the option and the CSP Partner is trying to help us but no sucess...

 

Anyone has already gone through this situation? Any help?
