Availability/SLA reports in Admin center - new reports ?

Hi all - I know that worldwide uptimes are published in trust center here: https://products.office.com/en-us/business/office-365-trust-center-operations

I noticed this link in the new center (Usage / report) and does not show any data.  

https://admin.microsoft.com/Adminportal/Home#/reportsAvailability

will this provide tenant specific SLA/availability reports ? if so when will this feature be available to all customers ?
