Authentication methods for Office 365 users
I have admin permissions for users of an Office 365 account and they are enrolled in MFA, but I noticed some users have ways of using different types of way to authenticate and others do not have that option. How do I add option in authentication for some of the other users such as adding a second phone or other ways? I know there is way but I just can’t remember it..

- johnborBrass ContributorThanks for the reply but in that page you refered me too it says" Although all options are listed, your admin may not make them all available; you'll get a message if you choose an option your admin didn't enable." Thats the part I want to change , how do I do that?
