Any Work arounds for not being able to share mailboxes across Multi-Tenant Organizations?

Lefty Did you end up finding a solution/workaround? We've been hitting the exact same problem... Users wanting access to other company mailboxes. For Microsoft to say that you need an entirely new user login and license to do this is disappointing :(
