Add multi-tenant administration for non partners

Please add functionality to switch tenants for non partners. I believe this is called "Tenant switcher". You have the technology, now time to give it to the admins. We have more than one tenant our IT department supports for our group of companies. We can switch directory in Azure AD as we have global admin permission on both tenants. The button is staring at me in the M365 Admin center, but I cannot use it as i'm not a partner. It would be great not to have a bunch of people in IT team needing another account on each tenant to manage.
