AADSTS50020: User account from identity provider 'live.com' does no...
I'm getting AADSTS50020: User account 'xxxxxxxxxxxx' from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant 'xxxxxxxxxxx' and cannot access the application 'xxxxxxxxxxx'(Microsoft Office 365 Portal) in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account.
Any idea how to resolve this issue? All I wanted was to use Microsoft Excel for me and my team, and now I'm in this god awful black hole of Microsoft BS. I call support and I'm directed to the login page that won't let me login and has no other support options. At this point I don't think I can even cancel my account since I can't log in and can't get support.
Open to any ideas on how I can access my account.
