Launched in October 2022, our Partner-Ready Customer Journey-In-a-Box Playbooks were downloaded over 6.000 times by partners in Western Europe! Following this success, we are excited to announce the launch of additional 10 new Playbooks and updated content for the original 16 . They have been designed in line with Microsoft Customer Engagement Methodology (MCEM) to provide full visibility of Partners’ end-to-end potential earnings throughout the journey, from the Co-op funds to the usage of ECIF and incentives.
