Transferring MS Course Content from Work to Personal Account
I'm ending my contract with my previous employer and need to transfer Microsoft course content (courses w/progress) from my work MS account to a personal MS account. It's my understanding I do this through MS Learn. Can you guide me through the steps?Want to Assist with Exam, Assessment, or Learning Development?

CI/CD GitHub Deployment from Dev to UAT Synapse Workspace not Picking Up UAT Resources
Hello, I am setting up CI/CD for Azure Synapse Analytics using GitHub Actions with multiple environments (Dev, UAT, Prod). My Synapse resources are: Dev: ************-dev, azcalsbdatalakedev, calsbvaultdev, SQL DB azcalsbazuresqldev / MetaData UAT: ************-uat, azcalsbdatalakeuat, calsbvaultuat, SQL DB azcalsbazuresqluat / MetaData Prod: ***********-prod, azcalsbdatalakeprod, azcalsbvaultprod, SQL DB azcalsbazuresqlprod / MetaData I have environment-specific parameter override files like uat.json and prod.json. My GitHub workflows (synapse-dev.yml, synapse-uat.yml, etc.) deploy the Synapse publish artifacts (TemplateForWorkspace.json and TemplateParametersForWorkspace.json) with those overrides. Issue: When I run the UAT workflow, deployment completes successfully but the UAT Synapse workspace still shows Dev resources. For example, linked services like LS_ADLS still point to azcalsbdatalakedev instead of azcalsbdatalakeuat. What I have tried: Created overrides for UAT (uat.json) with correct workspace name and connection strings Checked GitHub workflow YAML to confirm the override file is being passed in the az deployment group create step Verified that Dev deployment works fine Tried changing default values in linked services JSON but behavior is inconsistent Questions: Is there a specific way to structure override files (uat.json) for Synapse CI/CD deployments so environment values are correctly replaced? Do I need separate branches in GitHub for Dev, UAT, and Prod, or can I deploy to all environments from main with overrides? Has anyone else seen linked services or parameters still pointing to Dev even after a UAT deployment? Any guidance, best practices, or sample YAML and override examples would be very helpful. Certification tied to MS Learn account that cannot be logged into despite email access
Greetings, Hoping to get some help with this. Sort of a doom loop. Going in circles with support via ticketing system for weeks now. Certification expires in 5 days or so. Background: In September 2024, earned SC-200 and it was associated with my work email/Microsoft account. Still have access to that email/account. Nothing has changed. Problem: Now, when logging in with the email address/Microsoft Account that the certification was earned under, I get a new Microsoft learn profile with no accomplishments, training records, etc. I have complete records, including screen shots, emails, receipts for exam payment, etc. I confirmed with Pearson that my email address is associated with the exam attempt. Support has escalated the ticket to some higher level, but this hasn't gone anywhere yet.What are all the ways to get discount or free vouchers for Microsoft certifications?
Hello Microsoft Learn Community, I am looking for a comprehensive overview of all the current ways to obtain free or discounted exam vouchers for Microsoft certifications. I am aware of the following primary methods: Microsoft Cloud Skills Challenges Microsoft Learn Training Days Could you please help me complete this list? My main questions are: Besides the two methods mentioned, are there any other ongoing programs or lesser-known ways to get vouchers? Is there a central hub or page where all active voucher opportunities are listed? What is the best way to stay informed about new voucher campaigns as they are announced? I don't know if this is the right place to ask, but can't find 'ask a question' in the community groups! I've been getting loads of spam lately and I want to block the sender. The option is greyed out on my phone and doesn't appear to be away to get it 'ungreyed'. I can do it on the PC no problem. Any suggestions or point me in the right direction. Student Discount for Azure AZ-900 Certification
Hello, I am a student at a public university in Germany (Information Systems). I followed the steps described here to get the student discount: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/credentials/certifications/student-discounts#student-discounts However, the process does not seem to work as expected. I don’t see any option for student verification, and the exam price has not changed. I also noticed that other students reported the same issue. Unable to give certification renewal exam despite being eligible
I am unable to give microsoft certification renewal exam despite being eligible, and certificate is not expired yet. In the certification tab under credentials it shows I am eligible for renewal assessment - However, when clicking on Renew this certificate, I am getting error that, I need a certification first ,in order to renew it. Because, of this my certification is going to expire. And there is no contact details to raise this technical issue. How to fix "object/block variable not set" error in VBA?
I'm using VBA in Word 2013. My OS is Win10. I'm having a problem with macros that I created that will no longer work. When I click to run them, I get: "Run-time error '91': Object variable or With block variable not set." I have no idea what the problem could be. These macros ran fine before. Then, this started happening. For example, here's a very simply-written one to zoom out in order to be able to see 5 pages at once in Word: Sub Five_Page_View() ' ' Zoom 45% to see 5 pages ' ' ActiveWindow.ActivePane.View.Zoom.Percentage = 45 End Sub Used to work. Now, doesn't. I get the error above. Why? Does anyone have any idea what the problem might be? Thanks!Laptop won't sleep
Hello, Got a new HP Victus 16 laptop with a windows 11 installed. Windows is up to date - however, every time I try to put the laptop to sleep, it won't, but the screen goes black, as I have to do it 2-3 times until the light indicator on the laptop flashes. However, if it did sleep, I can still hear the fans going on, compared to an old business HP laptop with Windows 10, which goes to sleep perfectly without issues, and the fans are halted. Any suggestions or solutions would be appreciated.Request to Consolidate Microsoft Learn Profiles and Access Certifications
Hello Microsoft Support, I have two Microsoft Learn profiles linked to different accounts: email address removed for privacy reasons and email address removed for privacy reasons. I cannot access all my certification achievements or download my certificates. Please help consolidate these profiles so all learning history and certifications are associated with a single account, preferably email address removed for privacy reasons. Thank you.
