Certification tied to MS Learn account that cannot be logged into despite email access
Greetings, Hoping to get some help with this. Sort of a doom loop. Going in circles with support via ticketing system for weeks now. Certification expires in 5 days or so. Background: In September 2024, earned SC-200 and it was associated with my work email/Microsoft account. Still have access to that email/account. Nothing has changed. Problem: Now, when logging in with the email address/Microsoft Account that the certification was earned under, I get a new Microsoft learn profile with no accomplishments, training records, etc. I have complete records, including screen shots, emails, receipts for exam payment, etc. I confirmed with Pearson that my email address is associated with the exam attempt. Support has escalated the ticket to some higher level, but this hasn't gone anywhere yet.Seek Providing the File/Path and Folder for Exclude Scan by EDR
Dear Community and Microsoft team, Since, we install the EDR solution on File Server Resource Manager (File Server), it real time scan by EDR and consume resource usage such CPU and RAM, anyway, I would like to seek your providing the recommend file/path and folder should be exclude for real time scan by EDR. Windows 11 lock screen bug
We are having an issue where some users cannot log back into windows 11 after going to a lock screen. Windows will tell you the password or username is incorrect even though the credentials are defiantly correct. The only solution I've found so far is to reboot the machine. What could be causing this? Our users are loosing unsaved work from having to reboot through out the day.Stuck on a register loop when logging in to Microsoft Learn
When I log in to Microsoft Learn, I am transferred to a register page: --- Before registering with this Microsoft Account, please check if you may have previously registered with a different account. -- Even though I have a account that before. I can complete the registration process and view my profile, but when I try to access ms learn content, the registration process restarts. So I can only read ms learn content as logged out. But then my progress is not saved, and I cannot do Applied Skills or register for a exam, that I had planned to do on Friday next week. I have restarted my computer, tried incognito mode, other browsers (Edge/Chrome) and also on Android phone (Edge/Chrome), both on Wifi and Cellular, but the same happens there. So the problem should not be on my side. I have had help from Microsoft Support Ambassador that tried to get past this error, but after a while he/she directed me to this support forum.
