Microsoft Inventory Unsupported Builds
Recently we have begun using the Microsoft 365 Apps admin center to update our company's O365 Apps accounts. Some of the users added in the inventory have "Unsupported Builds". Further investigations into this topic have come up empty and I was wondering what these unsupported builds mean for the user as well as steps to take to get them running a build that is supported.BrettLindseyMar 22, 2023Copper Contributor3.3KViews0likes6CommentsOnboarding To Monthly Enterprise Channel

We've had cloud update enabled for at least several months now however on the Cloud Update > Overview page it shows 0/## devices are being managed by Cloud. When I click view unmanaged devices from this page, it takes me to the inventory page which lists all devices with a cloud update status of "Eligible for Monthly Enterprise Channel". All devices have Apps for Enteprises installed and are already on the Monthly Enterprise Channel. Most devices in the inventory have a recent date in the last contact column. On the home page of config.office.com it states cloud update is enabled for both the monthly channel and the current channel. How do we get all devices from "Eligible for Monthly Enterprise Channel" to onboarded?cjg000Dec 13, 2023Copper Contributor1.3KViews0likes4CommentsCloud Policy Service needs a Powershell module
I just started using the Cloud Policy service capability in the config.office.com portal. A Powershell module is sorely needed, in part because the UI a) can be slow and b) is uninformative in that the Policy Configuration Review/Summary is too high level and there is no comprehensive reporting of configured configurations and/or policies. Cmdlets that could extract the configurations and for each configuration, it scope, the policies that are configured and their configuration setting; list of all policies and policy configuration where they are configured would be very useful. Even better would be a cmdlet that can assess the policies applicable to a specific user and the 'route' the Cloud Policy Service took to determine them would be very useful in identifying why a particular behavior took place or didn't. This differentiate between device and web apps, where appropriate.bholzmmcSep 21, 2023Copper Contributor789Views0likes0CommentsM365 apps for enterprises subscription info missing in produict info

Good afternoon Everyone. During some routine checks, we found that machines onboarded since jjjjj have blank data for "Last Contact". "Last User" and "Last Email" in the 365 Apps Admin Center Inventory. ENTRA and INTUNE have Colleagues correctly assigned but blank in 365 AAC. Has anyone seen or hopefully rectified this previously? Thanks in advance.MikeD1530Sep 25, 2024Copper Contributor391Views0likes1CommentMicrosoft 365 Apps Admin Center - Inventory Error
We're running into issues trying to access Inventory in the 365 Apps Admin Center (https://config.office.com/). When trying to swap a specific group of devices to a different update channel (Current to Monthly Enterprise), we go into the Apps Admin Center, select inventory and receive a generic error: There was a problem showing the security update status information. Please refresh the page or try again later. 00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000 This has been happening for 3 days now. Was working fine prior to that (and were able to flip a few devices earlier in the week). Anyone else experiencing the same/similar issues? Multiple 365 Admin's within our organization are getting the same error, so it's not isolated to 1 person/1 account.390Views0likes2Comments
