Mr. Forster--once again I followed those instructions only to have 132 contacts added to my Contacts folder all of which are identified as NA Name isn't available.  And once again, I get to delete 132 contacts 10 at a time because that is the maximum allowed to be deleted.  So 13+ times I will be clicking on 10 and hitting the delete button twice until all are gone.  So once again proving that the NEW OUTLOOK will not allow you to transfer contacts as you seemed awfully sure that this process would work.  In the past, when upgrading or buying a new computer that function and those steps were all that were needed.  Not so anymore so back to the drawing board and pleading for ANYBODY that knows how to do this please let me know.   That goes for the calendar as well.  How sad that this product has been pushed through with full knowledge of its shortcomings and problems it causes its customers who apparently, they don't give a rats **** about.
