Mr. Forster-I have to ask, are you employed by Microsoft? You continue to try to emphasize how wonderful the New Outlook is and how there is now support for it. That being said, show me the exact steps to take to transfer my contacts and calendar from my existing Outlook and Calendar to the New Outlook as Co-Pilot is incapable of giving accurate directions on those steps. Co-Pilot isn't even aware of the tabs in the New Outlook. Simple direction given by Co-Pilot was to click on the FILE tab to go to import and export function. There is NO FILE TAB on the New Outlook. When passed along to Co-Pilot it said to click on the 3 dots (...) which would take you to the import and export function. There are NO 3 dots to click on. Next was to click on the gear to go to settings to find the import and export function. Those items don't address the import and export function either so, PLEASE, if you are an employee provide me with the necessary steps. I have no experience in programming but when I see the post that Microsoft has not implemented native IMAP/POP support in the product, I'm under the impression that you will not be able to get me the information I'm asking for so no more blowing smoke on how great the NEW OUTLOOK features are. Looking forward to receiving those instructions.
