SuperCaco I completely understand your concerns, and I assure you it was not my intention to create confusion between the different editions of Outlook. However, I wanted to express that this announcement is not related in any way and will not affect the product features for personal accounts.
The main statement is: Organizations with EntraID Sign-Ins and Business/Enterprise licenses are now fully covered with product support from Microsoft.
You started the discussion about spyware within the new Outlook. Do you have proof that this is true when signed in with a Business/Enterprise account? This is exactly what I mean: It is the same product, but for data security reasons, different behaviors apply when signed in with a personal account.
And the discussion that Microsoft is dropping classic Outlook is way too early. We will have it until 2029. It is the first time ever that we can run both Outlooks side by side and have a smooth transition over the next few years. No one requires you to use the new Outlook right now.
