The more I read the more confused I get regarding the NEW OUTLOOK.  It looks like you are saying that there is Support for the NEW OUTLOOK now.  I don't seem to be able to find where that is located in that all I seem to get back when asking questions is Co-Pilot suggesting things that don't work.  If that is AI someone needs to teach it what "improved" means.  I don't find the inability to transfer my contacts from the old Outlook to the NEW OUTLOOK an "improvement".  Being told as a last resort to just type in all my contacts information into the NEW OUTLOOK is far from an "improvement".  Whomever eliminated that ability should not be employed any longer with Microsoft nor should their supervisor or their supervisor.  Apparently, AI can't fix what should be considered stupid and eliminating that feature is beyond stupid.
