Should I worry about Timer_ConnectionIdle entries in HTTPERR Log?

I have my local web server wynneapps1.corp.wynnetr.com that has an internal IP of 10.0.0.3. I want to make that public. I already have my firewall setup to allow access publicly by using the public IP address 63.147.xxx.xx and I can access that fine. How do I get wynneapps1.corp.wynnetr.com to resolve publicly so I can use that instead of the ip address in my browser, etc. Thank you.
Recommended External Web Server To Host Teams Tab?
Hi, I've created a Teams tab and am hosting it locally using ngrok + node.js. This is working fine. However, I would like to host it on an external web server. What is the recommended web server to use? Can it be hosted with Apache Tomcat? If so, is there any documentation and/or examples of how to do this? I can't seem to get it to work with Tomcat and I have not found any information on this topic. Thanks, George
