Notifications not working on Teams on Windows 7
Good evening, I just installed teams on Windows 7. All works except notifications. If somebody send me a chat no notifications appear on desktop. Also if somebody mention me. In settings notification are on with banner. The only thing that change is the teams icon in the trat that became red when somebody write me but no notification. I read lot of people having this problem but no solutions. Hope anybody can help me. Regards
Teams notifications on MAC
Teams notifications leaves a lot to be desired. It seems the only way to get any sound notifications is to also have banners enabled. I for one do not like banners, 1. It can fill up your screen if spammed. 2. It also shows context of the message (to me this is a privacy issue). Am I missing something? Features that I am looking for: Sounds for all types (channel, chat. etc) without any other type of notification Be able to turn off per type. Example, have channel sound off, but chat sound on. Setting for "Notification Sounds": All This only works if banner is set for something like chat messages, or channel.
A couple of Teams questions post migration
Hi, we are on our way to using Teams and have run into a few minor issues 1) How do we move the Teams banner notification to another location on the screen or monitor? Skype for Business allows this. It's interfering with Outlook notifications since they both come in the same place and is annoying. 2) In the chat section how do I automatically have everyone in our firm appear in everyones contacts in chat? 3) Calls controls are not working with any of our headsets - primarily W720 and DWPro1 Thanks.
