Is it possible to open a AIP protected PDF in SharePoint/Teams? If so, can can this be achieved? I can open PDF, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files without AIP in SharePoint/Teams with no issue. I can open Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files with AIP in SharePoint/Teams with no issue. I can open AIP protected PDF's in Adobe without issue. When I try to open a PDF with AIP in SharePoint/Teams I get an message saying "This is a protected document. You can view it using a supported PDF reader app". Since I can open the same PDF file without AIP in SharePoint/Teams I would assume that SharePoint/Teams are supported PDF reader app's. As soon as I enable AIP on the PDF file, upload it to SharePoint/Teams, and try to open it I get the attached error. So my question stands. Is it possible to open a AIP protected PDF in SharePoint/Teams? If so, can can this be achieved? Any insight into my issue would be of great help. I have asked in Microsoft Discord-Cloud Services and Reddit-r/MicrosoftTeams and nobody has replied.2.8KViews2likes1CommentTeams Desktop, mobile clients Vs Teams meeting room
Hi Community, Is there any specific differences between Teams desktop/mobile clients and Teams meeting rooms? Our customer wants to invest on camera and other peripherals to leverage the Teams desktop/mobile clients rather than Teams meeting room. Again it is for just 50 users organization. Is it required to purchase Teams meeting room or can we manage it with Teams desktop/mobile clients? Any guidance would be of great help!Solved2.8KViews0likes1CommentDouble ringing for CQ calls
Hi all, We have a call queue set up for our two receptionist and it was working fine but the have noticed one small issue when getting calls through CQ. Sometimes when a call is answered by either one of our receptionists, they get another incoming call seconds later from the same number. So when another receptionist answered the call again, it shows the message "<..>" inside the blue hexagon in a middle of Teams call. See a picture below. Does anyone has got a same experience and know what's going on? Wonder whether it is a Teams error or our Call service provider (duplicating calls maybe?) Are there any ways to resolve this? It did happen randomly and bit annoyed when it happens. Thanks, Damian1.5KViews0likes0CommentsTeams meeting issues using NDI
Hello, We are testing Teams for a customer for a project to use Teams meetings and NDI to extract participants feed. We have done two testings without any issue but today we started to have Teams crashing when using this feature. I have attached the logs collected from the Teams desktop client. When we first join the meeting at 21:00 with NDI on, after accepting some participants Teams starting to continuously crash. From a total of 4 laptops, two had the ame issue and the other two were ok. The solution was to get two new laptops. One was able to continue the meeting with no issues and streaming the NDI but another continue to give the crash and the solution was also to change the user. Did anyone face something like this?
