I have two devices: an Ipad and a Mac. I am using the MS teams app on both. I can join meetings with both devices at the same time using the same account. Up until recently I could share the screen of the Ipad (e.g. to draw something) and see the screen content of the Ipad on my Mac. While it is still possible now to share the screen of my Ipad with other participants, my own Mac is no longer showing my shared Ipad screen. Conversely, when I share my Mac screen, I can see it on my Ipad. What could possibly cause this? Any help getting my Ipad screen showing up on my Mac again is appreciated. Thanks! Hi, I had Thinkpad laptop and was using additional monitor on and off without any issues and suddenly since 2-3 weeks, when I am trying to share my screen, people are just seeing black screen. This is with both option i,e. when using laptop alone and also with additional monitor. Note there were no issues earlier. Last weekend, I got a new laptop which is MS Surface 3, and after installing all MS apps on this machine, I am having the same issue. This is without any additional monitors. This is causing issues for me and my team and would appreciate quick resolution. Thanks and Regards, VirenSolved187KViews4likes53CommentsNotifications Issue
One user has reported that no one appears to receive any notifications when she posts - I've tested this alongside my account (admin) and noticed the contrast in how our copies of teams behaves. When I message her privately she will receive a banner pop up (windows notification at bottom right) as well as her chat icon will be highlighted with a red 1 to show she has received a direct message. When the situations are flipped I receive (and other users) no such notification - in fact initially the user did not appear in my private chat list at all (after they first sent a message) and I only saw their message when I attempted to open a new chat to message them directly. After some further testing I was eventually receiving banner notifications but still no notifications within the app itself. The user's Teams client is up to date.1.1KViews2likes1CommentTeams Webinar Feature availability in Business Plans
Hello, I just like to know if anybody has the Teams Webinar Feature available already with a Business Standard plan? According to Microsoft, this is https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/blog/2021/05/11/introducing-webinars-in-microsoft-teams-easy-professional-webinars-to-engage-customers/: These new capabilities will be available in Microsoft 365 E3/E5, Microsoft 365 A3/A5, and Microsoft 365 Government G3/G5 plans. Microsoft 365 Business Standard and Microsoft 365 Business Premium plans will include all the features above for up to 300 attendees. And for the rest of 2021, we are offering a promotional period where all Teams users can try the features with their existing subscription. Please visit the Microsoft 365 roadmap and Microsoft Docs for additional feature details and availability. As I only have a Business Basic plan, I opted in for a Business Premium plan with the free trial. Unfortunately, I do not have the Webinar feature available with that plan. My Business Standard trial has been expired, so I could not test with this plan. With what they announced above I even would have expected that the feature will be offered for Business Basic users too for free, at least until the end of the year. I did also signed up for a trial of the E3 plan, with that, I can see and use the Microsoft Teams Webinar. However, to me, the plan is oversized and too expensive (I'm not saying that it is not worth the money - but I do not need all these features and options). I'm just looking for the cheapest way to get the Webinar feature, which would be Business Standard. So again, please can somebody else with a Business Standard Plan let me know if he or she has the Microsoft Team Webinar Feature available (or even with a Basic)? Also statements if you do not have the feature but you are owing a Business Standard would be helpful. If you have the Webinars, can you please also state in which region your tenant resides? Many thanks in advance. Cheers YogieSolved18KViews2likes17CommentsEntire Team Disappeared
An entire team and 2.5 years of work and collaboration are all of a sudden gone from Teams. Went to it today and it is missing on all platforms for all team members. I created and own the team and am checking with 3 other co-owners to see what kind of activity was done to rule out accidental deletion. I have a ticket into my IT team, but there is nothing in Sharepoint either and no documents. I am asking them to check the audit files to see if it was deleted. Is there anything beyond that if they can't find the deleted team? I have no idea what could I had favorited/starred the team as one to follow, and it shows there, but when I click, I get the following: Sorry, something went wrong File Not Found. Some users are experiencing a lack of response from channels inside the Teams mobile app. When they select a channel within Teams mobile app, the channel spins and doesn't read the channel, but when they go to the client, they can access the channel just fine. It's only on the mobile app where some (not all) channels spin. Users have had to tap 'chat' or close the app to get off the spin. Any thoughts?2.8KViews1like1CommentBookings Generate Wrong Meeting Link in Teams App
I created a calendar and a service using Microsoft Bookings. This service is created for the use of company employees and I am not sharing it with an external audience. When someone books my calendar using Microsoft Bookings, both me and the respective person, get an email notification and it also gets updated in our respective calendars. The challenge is that I (whose calendar is booked using Microsoft Bookings) get the correct link in the Teams app while the person who books the calendar gets an incorrect link starting from visit.teams.microsoft.com/.... It seems like the Teams app doesn't support this link, hence, the person who booked the meeting using Microsoft Bookings is forced to use either the link received through an email notification or an Outlook calendar (browser). Also, using either of the mentioned methods, one can join the meeting but only through the Teams browser and not the Teams app. Because I am using Microsoft Booking for the employees of my company, it is difficult for me to explain to every employee about this challenge. Most of the employees are using the Teams app. They either end up leaving the meeting or create another meeting at the end. I want to fix this. Can someone help me here?2.5KViews1like5Commentsmax_reload_exceeded error

I deleted a OneNote Notebook in Teams once, deleted it, and cleared it from the recycle bin too, nevertheless it still shows in the query when I want to open a new notebook. This is really frustrating because it makes it very difficult to find the notebook you are looking for because it is so cluttered with notebooks that were deleted and do not exist anymore, that however are still shown.Solved2.4KViews1like3Comments
