There is a Key Sales Info Card in Copilot For Sales on connecting to Salesforce CRM it fetches Opportunity, account and contact info in it . I need to display a custom object which is linked to contact and it's associated account in the key sales info . Is there any Process or do we have any workaround to build it in a separate card. Exploring into the prompt options within Outlook and Dynamics CRM. The default options used to show in the Draft Email/Outlook area in the pic below. Now they do not show at all, is Microsoft working on this or is this a bug? Also, are you able to customize the text to change the wording better suited to the teams at a company? Hi, I am new to the Sales Copilot AI setup. I have been watching videos and have seen that contacts can be added to the CRM system fairly easily. Can you also make someone a lead from Outlook, through Sales Copilot, to the CRM system with a Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise License? Also, can you create opportunities the same way or is it a simple you can add leads/contacts to opps and edit opps kinda thing? I am fairly certain opportunities can't be created, but I did see something about the leads. I'm getting the below error while trying to connect Viva Sales with my Salesforce sandboxes (both, production and developer): { "errorcode": 4258, "message": null, "details": "No such host is known.", "sessionId": "99cd1408-5646-45fa-b71b-dbd2b523a5ee", "activityId": "5ebbf204-82ae-47a6-9983-fa054e6c38ec" } I've tried creating and connecting a new/ trial account, enabled the APIs, removed any IP restrictions but none of it seems to work. The same is working when I'm trying to connect it with my Dynamics sandbox.
