Viva Sales Teams meeting summary not working
Good morning all, I've got Viva Sales working great for adding contacts into Dynamics but the https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/use-viva-sales-in-teams-04286b82-bdf8-4e37-94ce-be1943b2d6ea#bkmk_generatesummary seems to be missing for me. I can add the tab to a Teams Meeting but when I try to activate it, I get the following error: Can’t create a meeting summary Summaries are created when meetings are recorded and transcribed. Ask your admin to turn on transcription for Teams meetings. Teams meeting recording and transcription is working fine, but no luck with Viva Sales. I also noticed that the msdyn_viva https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/viva/sales/data-handling so I suspect that there was an issue with the initial setup. Appreciate any help. Steve
Change meeting summary idiom and personalize keywords
Good afternoon, in some Microsoft demos I have heard that the intelligent summaries of teams can be modified the language, is that so? How could I do it? I would like to change it from English to Spanish. On the other hand, I have also heard that you can modify the keywords so that those that adapt to your business are detected, can it be? I'm getting the below error while trying to connect Viva Sales with my Salesforce sandboxes (both, production and developer): { "errorcode": 4258, "message": null, "details": "No such host is known.", "sessionId": "99cd1408-5646-45fa-b71b-dbd2b523a5ee", "activityId": "5ebbf204-82ae-47a6-9983-fa054e6c38ec" } I've tried creating and connecting a new/ trial account, enabled the APIs, removed any IP restrictions but none of it seems to work. The same is working when I'm trying to connect it with my Dynamics sandbox.
