Recurring appointments in MS Bookings
MS Bookings has a lot of potential for staff in the office to have one consolidated calendar for appointments. One feature missing is the inability for staff to schedule recurring appointments for customers. While this feature shouldn't be available for the customers, it should be available for staff to document recurring PT, counseling sessions, etc. Having to manually enter a session every 2 weeks for 4 months is definitely a hinderance to utilizing the full capability of the product.
Co-organizer cannot unmute or share
For a recurring Teams meeting in which I am the organizer, one of my co-organizers was not permitted to to unmute or share during a call where I was not present. We tested the meeting later, together, and even after I joined, the co-organizer's camera, mic and share buttons remained grayed-out, and this co-organizer was listed in my People pane as an Attendee. Here are the Meeting Option settings I have: This person is included in the 'Choose co-organizers' list 'Who can present' is set to 'Only organizers and co-organizers'. 'Who can bypass the lobby' is set to 'People in my org, trusted orgs, and guests'. This person is in my organization (same company). This person joined from their Outlook calendar. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix so that my co-organizers can conduct a meeting that I (as the organizer) cannot join? Thank you
Adding Recurring Events to a Microsoft List in Calendar View
Hello, I am currently trying to migrate some old calendars on classic SharePoint to a modern SharePoint site by making a new List on modern SharePoint and putting it into calendar view. I am having trouble making stat holidays recur so that the same stat holiday appears on the same days for the following years. I have heard some talk about using Power Automate to make this happen but have had no luck personally. I was wondering if there was a way to make recurring events in a List that could recur on a specific date on a timeline. For example, in the picture shown is an on call calendar on Classic SharePoint in which the events recur on a bi-weekly or weekly basis. Any information on how to make these events recur in a List on Modern SharePoint greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Remove red overdue date from recurring tasks
Some tasks, which are set to be recurring everyday, do not need to be highlighted red with an overdue date if not completed. Can this be turned off? I want the task to appear every day, but I don't want it to be flagged as overdue, and definitely not in a red font. e.g. task: 'Take a 20 minute walk' doesn't need to be flagged as overdue if it hasn't been done that day, but it is helpful to be in my task list each day.
