Windows 11 lock screen bug
We are having an issue where some users cannot log back into windows 11 after going to a lock screen. Windows will tell you the password or username is incorrect even though the credentials are defiantly correct. The only solution I've found so far is to reboot the machine. What could be causing this? Our users are loosing unsaved work from having to reboot through out the day.
Certification tied to MS Learn account that cannot be logged into despite email access
Greetings, Hoping to get some help with this. Sort of a doom loop. Going in circles with support via ticketing system for weeks now. Certification expires in 5 days or so. Background: In September 2024, earned SC-200 and it was associated with my work email/Microsoft account. Still have access to that email/account. Nothing has changed. Problem: Now, when logging in with the email address/Microsoft Account that the certification was earned under, I get a new Microsoft learn profile with no accomplishments, training records, etc. I have complete records, including screen shots, emails, receipts for exam payment, etc. I confirmed with Pearson that my email address is associated with the exam attempt. Support has escalated the ticket to some higher level, but this hasn't gone anywhere yet.
Certificate not showing up in Microsoft Learn account after passing exam
Hello all, Very sorry if I have posted this to the wrong place, but I cannot figure out how to get help to get my certification into my Microsoft Learn account. I have passed my exam, received an email that "Congratulations on passing your Exam" with a link to my Microsoft Learn account, but the certificate itself I cannot locate there. In my Microsoft Learn profile it also says that I have passed 10 exams (including the one I am looking for now), but I only have 9 certifications (surely because the one I'm looking for is missing). How can I get my certificate into my Microsoft Learn account? Or who can I contact about this, and how? How can I transfer the Microsoft Certification credentials I’ve earned under one personal Microsoft Learn account to another personal account, ensuring that all certifications, badges, and transcripts are consolidated under my main profile? Both are personal account have the same legal name and verified thru Pearson Vue/Certiport.
Request to Consolidate Microsoft Learn Profiles and Access Certifications
Hello Microsoft Support, I have two Microsoft Learn profiles linked to different accounts: email address removed for privacy reasons and email address removed for privacy reasons. I cannot access all my certification achievements or download my certificates. Please help consolidate these profiles so all learning history and certifications are associated with a single account, preferably email address removed for privacy reasons. Thank you.
Issue with Certification not appearing on MS Learn profile
Hi Reaching out to you as I found that one of my certifications does not appear on my MS Learn profile. The thing is that originally, I got AZ-400 a few years back. Last year I forgot to do the renewal on November 2024 and got expired. On February 2025 I decided to retake the exam and obtained the certification. However, when I see my MS Learn profile, I only see the expired certification. Not the new one. Can you help me to get the new certification listed on my profile? Thanks in advance.

Hi Team, My client wants to add a bunch of contacts under her profile. She said that she shared it with me so I can edit and add contacts. Hi, We have multiple users are experiencing persistent issues with Microsoft 365 license activation while using Citrix with FSLogix for user profiles and Microsoft Office applications published as apps. Users are frequently prompted to sign in to Office for activation, and often encounter the message “Your product is not activated.” Additionally, there are instances of errors occurring during the activation process. Although users can work without issues after signing in, the activation prompt reappears intermittently, ranging from one to several weeks before reappearing. We use M365 E3 license for users FSLogix version - 2.9.8884 Office apps we have latest version on VDA servers. Is there anyone who has faced this issue before?
