External Speakers in Webinars
Hi All, I am currently working on seeing if there is a way to add external speakers as a company instead of individual people? We have multiple presenters for each sessions from the same company and would not like to display them as individual people but rather as the company/team itself. Is there any advice on how to do this or if there are any tips anyone has?
MS 365 Business licences can't join Teams Live Event as Presenter/Producer, but Free licences can
Ever since late 2020, I've been unable to successfully have MS 365 Business licence users participate as Presenters or Producers in Teams Live Events. Here are the steps I've gone through (which worked fine for most of 2020, but not now): Set-up Steps Set-up Teams Live Event on Acme.com Enterprise licence tentant (set event to public) Added all Presenters/Producers (some internal Teams E1/E3/E5 licencees on Acme.com, some external Teams E1/E3/E5 licencees, some Teams Free licencees) to a Team Invited all the above as Presenters/Producers to the Live Event Verified that all invitees Accepted the invitation to the Team and the Event Verified that all invitees can see the "Acme.com" organisation (& team) in their Teams app Results Organisation MS Licence Type Can join as Producer/Presenter Notes Acme.com 365 E1/E3/E5 Yes External 365 E1/E3/E5 Yes External 365 Business No joins as Attendee only External Outlook.com / Teams Free Yes Notes I have met all the requirements of https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/teams-live-events/plan-for-teams-live-events I have met all the requirements for https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/teams-live-events/plan-for-teams-live-events Why aren't Teams Live Events allowing MS 365 Business Licences to participate as Producers/Presenters?
Teams Live Event: Can more than one Presenter be made live at the same time?
We're starting to investigate Teams Live Events, and it seems like only one Presenter can be made live at a time. Is this correct? Here <https://support.office.com/en-us/article/produce-a-live-event-using-teams-591bd694-121d-405c-b26d-730315e45a22> in the notes to step 9, it says: Up to ten presenters or producers (including you) can share video or content at once.
"Mute All" option not available to Presenter
I wanted to create a meeting where only few people (some from my organization and some from outside) should be able to present content, thus I've created a new meeting with option "Who can present?" limited to "only me". Later, during the meeting, I'll promote some to presenter. But when I've promoted one member (outside my organization) to presenter , he is not seeing MUTE ALL option.
