Customize Teams Notification Pop-up on Webhook incoming
Hi everyone, i've some problem with teams notification popup : 1 : It doesn't display avatar , although i have set in configured channel , Avatar just displays in message channel 2: Can I customize teams notification popup such as add emoji at message's subject alert zabbix Many thanks your help !
Change status to DND if user is "in a meeting"
I work in a company with highly confidential documents and materials. Therefore the protection of this IP is pretty important. Since IP can be exposed with the Teams pop-ups, these are pretty problematic in our situation. This is not an issue if you present something in virtual Teams meetings (because you automatically get the DND status if you share anything), but since there are a lot of meetings already happening again in physical form and there were a couple of incidents (people mirroring their screen on a TV/beamer, being "only" busy - in a meeting and they got some interesting messages as pop-ups in the middle of the meeting), which lead to the inquiry of the security manager to disable pop-ups from Teams alltogether. Since I cannot control the pop-ups itself, I would be able to set the status of the users right? And the least invasive method would be to use the calender status of the user to use it as an indicator if he's in a meeting or not. And if he's in a meeting I would be able to change the status to DND and not only busy, right? Any other ideas are highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
[Downloads UI] Legacy UI is used when a download comes from a pop-up window
What is the issue? Edge now uses a modern-UI for handling downloads: an icon on the toolbar, just after the end of the Address Bar, which shows a vertical-list of downloads. However, when a download starts from a pop-up window, such as from the Microsoft Update Catalog site, the old-UI is used instead, which feels a bit inconsistent! Expected outcome That only the modern-UI will be used. Proposed solutions My preferred-solution would be to add a setting into Edge where the user can ask for pop-ups to load into a new tabs, instead of separate windows -- Internet Explorer 11 had such a setting. This would then mean pop-up content gets treated like any-other tab, and so would use the modern-UI. Alternatively, when a download starts from a pop-up window, the parent-window should come to the foreground, and the download then begin in that window.
