In my organization, we are currently on the O365 E5 License with default 100GB mailbox size per user and 1.5TB archive quota. However, due to organizational policy and regulatory requirements, we are expected to keep all the data from inception. Hence, the requirement for a solution to extend our archive size from 1.5TB. From the official Microsoft documentation, https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/office365/servicedescriptions/exchange-online-archiving-service-description/exchange-online-archiving-service-description#archive-storage-quota the maximum expansion of the archive mailbox is 1.5TB. Is it possible to extend the archive storage to an Azure blob? Like an automated script that moves the data from the Archive mailbox for each user to the Azure blob or any other storage service that does not have storage size limitation. I am open to suggestions. Thanks159Views1like2CommentsOffice 365 - Username in usage reports is incomprehensible

Hi Assuming I have NOT setup manager or secondary admin - I have deleted a user from Office356 and the retention period isn't expired. How can I access "configuration" of the OneDrive, and add an Owner of the OneDrive so I can access it and view data? I would have thought that I could find it in the "Manage User Profiles" in SharePoint Admin Center but the user doesn't show up when searching. Hi Community, I'm searching and can't find what I'm looking for. Would be great if one of you could point me in the right direction or give me some guidance. I have shared a OneDrive link with an active guest user and the guest user now wants to sync the files locally. However, the sync button is not visible when the guest user enters the shared page in IE. Guest user is an active microsoft 365 account of a different organisation and has already synced OneDrive pages. Therefore, I guess the mistakes lies on my side. Edit functionalities for external users is active in SharePoint and OneDrive. I have no clue which option I must tick in my admin center. One more point I'm currently struggeling with. I have a shared mailbox which I want to automatically forward to an external e-mail adress. However, each time I send a mail to that mailbox I get back an error e-Mail telling me: Remote Server returned '550 5.7.520 Access denied, Your organization does not allow external forwarding. Please contact your administrator for further assistance. AS(7555)' Maybe both issues have the same source. Thank you for the support. Best, HannesSolved2.6KViews1like3Comments
