need advice
20 TopicsThe Windows 11 requirements are a bunch of hooey. (in my eyes)
Recently, I've stopped updating my Windows 10 as a protest to not being able to acquire Windows 11 requirements, but today my PC forced a restart without my consent. That was the last straw. I really can't afford to lose my mind over these requirements, I swear to god I seriously can't. I'm starting to consider ranting about it on YouTube, but that'd be too petty. I'm getting real close to my breaking point about all this requirement bologna. I'll try to be nice and give y'all the rest of the week to give me some advice before I really get pissed and go against the community do the aforementioned rant. I can't take this anymore, I swear I need as much help as I can get. Remember, rest of the week to deliver valid advice. I trust you guys can stop me from going insane and possibly doing something horrendous. like stabbing myself to death with a piece of cutlery Please, please help me out here. I'm on the edge over here. PLEASE.1.3KViews0likes3CommentsHow do I process a worksheet in VBA imported from XML file
Hello, I'm using Excel 2016. I have a worksheet created form an imported XML file using Data\Get Data\From File\From XML and it has an associated .XSD file. It has about 1,300 rows of product data. One of the columns on the worksheet has a table format. When I use the Query Editor to expand that column, it creates new columns with the expected data. The problem with that is, it creates eight additional rows for each product. One for each of the newly created data column entries. I want to process the worksheet with VBA code and process each product creating a new worksheet with one row for each product. Does anyone have any idea of how I should process the worksheet? It seems like I should put the code in a loop for each product to get the column data for the expanded columns. I will do that unless someone has another way to do it without creating all those extra rows. I would appreciate any help that anyone can provide.
