Skype for Business(On premise) MFA using thirdparty MFA provider
Hi Team, I saw Skype for business app/mobile app can be configured for MFA using Modern authentication . I read on Microsoft documentation MFA can be done using Azure AD and ADFS. Is it possible to configure it using any external IDP or federation server sitting on premise without using Azure AD(Cloud). We have vendors like Ping, IBM which supports federation server+MFA capability I request you to please provide any input you have on this type of integration. Thanks Regards, Devendra
Sign issues after migration
Hi folks, Need your suggestions here. Lots of users have been migrated from skype on prem to Skype online. Now they are getting this error while sign-in over Skype client 2016 "The user account doesn't exist in the directory. To sign into this application. The account must be added to the directory". Pls suggest.How to join a meeting on Skype for Business for mac
Hi! I recently downloaded Skyke for Business for mac, when I tried to join a meeting using a link invitation sent to me, it opened the app on my mac but denied access saying I don´t have the latest update. Is it possible if I just downloaded it for the first time? Shouldn´t it be the most recent version? Please help! I´m missing out on those important meetings from work. Thank you!
Teams Room "Cannot Fetch Calendar"
Good day, I have just finished setting up our Lenovo ThinkSmart Hub500. Creating the room and users account as per MS instructions is all done and Teams Room is logged in. I can start a new meeting and project but no meetings are showing up. At the top it says "Cannot Fetch Calendar". What are we doing wrong? Thanks.
Some users still see the old contact number from sfb contact card
Hi Guys, I recently updated User's A phone number and I noticed that some of the user's from my organization still see the old contact number when checking User A contact card in Skype for business. I've already checked the user's contact information from the admin portal, azure ad, exchange and the number is updated. We're just syncing our users from Active Directory but no on-premise exchange/skype. I just want to check if someone here knows where is this contact number from sfb contact card is based from specifically. Thanks for your help! ?
