In this new normal, Microsoft’s vision for a unified tasks experience, which we first announced at Ignite last year, is more relevant than ever. Since then, we’ve made significant progress in creating a coherent, integrated, and intelligent experience to help you stay organized. Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Planner, Microsoft To Do, and Office—specifically, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint—all play a role in the Microsoft 365 tasks experience.107KViews23likes25CommentsGroup Not Showing Up Within Teams.
Hi Guys, We have a Group setup OK within Outlook that does show OK within Planner. The group also is seen on the desktop of Outlook. However this group unlike others is not showing up within my Team application. Has anyone else come across this one and if so what was the fix?Solved95KViews1like7CommentsPlanner Calendar does not update in Outlook
I recently saw that Planner had Outlook integration now so I decided I would finally give Planner a chance. I created a task in Planner and then I clicked ''add plan to Outlook calendar'', the calendar was added to Outlook and I saw the task I created as expected. However now when I add new tasks they do not get added to the Outlook calendar, all I see is the first task I created before syncing Planner to Outlook. Even the iCalendar link provided dosent work. How is Outlook integration for Planner supposed to function? Any idea why the calendar isn't updating? Thanks!55KViews3likes34CommentsTasks in Microsoft 365 - our vision for a unified experience.
The presence of tasks in Microsoft 365 is extensive and growing, most recently with the announcement of Tasks in Teams. We’re excited to share our broader vision around task integrations across the Microsoft stack, and how we're working to bring a connected, contextual task-management experience to end users (wherever they prefer to get their work done) and support workflow integration for organizations.53KViews18likes31CommentsExtra fields in Planner?
Are there any plans to allow optional extra fields, for example projected actual start and end dates, milestone dates, or certain other bespoke fields? I note there export functionality from Planner, to enable reporting, but it is only of limited value with restricted prescribed fields.Solved40KViews5likes2CommentsThe new Microsoft Planner: Meet the Makers and learn what’s coming next
