Access Restricted Error On Partner Center Dashboard
Hi all, As mentioned in the last community call, we're seeing some users get an "Access Restricted" error when they try to access the Training Services Partner dashboard on Partner Center. This is not impacting your KPIs, just your view to those KPIs. Thanks to everyone who messaged me with their details after the call. Checking If It’s Okay to Post a Training Partnership Idea in MCT Spaces
Dear Community Leaders, I hope this message finds you well! I’m reaching out to ask if it would be appropriate to share a post in the MCT Community or MCT Longue regarding an initiative I’m developing under the Microsoft XIAD program. The concept is to invite fellow MCTs—particularly those not currently affiliated with a TSP—to collaborate on future training events. While paid opportunities may not be available at the outset, we’re committed to offering visibility and recognition. One way we plan to do this is by featuring trainer profiles and their specialties on our website, helping build credibility and exposure for participating MCTs. As part of this initiative, I’m planning to organize a one-day event each quarter, and I’m looking to collaborate with five certified MCTs who hold any of the following certifications: PL300, DP100, DP203, DP600, DP700, PL200, PL400, PL600 The goal is to foster meaningful partnerships and create a space where trainers can align with our mission and potentially engage in future work. I’d love to start this conversation in a transparent and inclusive way, and I believe the MCT Café could be a great place to gauge interest and gather feedback. Urgente: Problema con confirmación de examen DP-700 programado para el 13 de septiembre de 2025
Me comunico con carácter de urgencia debido a un problema con la confirmación de mi examen de certificación DP-700 (Microsoft Fabric). El día 11 de septiembre de 2025 realicé el pago del examen desde el portal de Microsoft, y el cargo fue procesado exitosamente en mi tarjeta, esto a nombre de Pearson VUE, bajo el concepto WL VUE Testing Ex. Adjunto la captura de pantalla de la operación bancaria correspondiente. Sin embargo, hasta la fecha: No he recibido ningún correo de confirmación de mi cita. Al ingresar mis datos en el formulario que debería redirigirme al portal de Pearson VUE, se muestra un mensaje de “Error inesperado” (adjunto captura de pantalla). Ya me comuniqué con soporte de Pearson VUE, quienes me indicaron que debía elevar la consulta a Microsoft. Posteriormente, desde soporte de Microsoft me derivaron nuevamente a este medio para dejar mi consulta, indicando que la respuesta llegaría en un plazo de 24 a 48 horas. Mi gran preocupación es que la cita del examen está programada para el día 13 de septiembre de 2025 (mañana). Si no recibo confirmación a tiempo y no acudo al centro evaluador, Pearson VUE podría considerar mi ausencia como inasistencia y perdería el dinero ya pagado, sin haber tenido la oportunidad de rendir el examen. Solicito por favor: Confirmación urgente para regularizar mi situación o reprogramar el examen sin perder el monto abonado. Agradezco mucho su apoyo y comprensión, considerando la cercanía de la fecha. Hi Team, I have a problem with "how to create/request achievement code for MS Learn". I will summary my backend below, and hope that someone can help and solve my issue. My personal email is "su*****@hotmail.com" I work for company A since 2017 until May2025, my work email is "su*****@aaaa" Company A is Global Training Partner, and I linked my personal email and work email together. while I was A employee, I can create the "achievement code" in MS learn by myself without any request or approval process by using my personal account. I moved to company B started June2025, this is Global training partner too. let say my new work email is "su******@bbbb". I unlinked my personal email from previously email (aaaa) and link to new work email (bbbb) In June - July 2025, my personal email still creates the achievement code via MS learn. But now, Aug2025, I can't do it anymore. from this point, I would like to know what happen that why I can't create the code from my personal account. is it about "change company" or "associate with new email" or not From above, I found request form as https://aka.ms/LearnEnrollmentForm but I dont know what exactly answer for this question (screenshot below). the black bold text asks for URL but the answer must be number? what should I fill in this? and how to get URL as that mentioned. Anyway, it means that no longer create the code by me-self before submitting the request form anymore. right? Am I understand, correct? Hello Team, Hope you are all doing well. I have completed my PL 300 Cerfification on August 16th from the Pearson VUE partner. And I have received an email from the MS with "Congratulations on passing your Exam: Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst exam!". But, I was not able to see the cerficate from the MS Learn Profile. And following are the details for the examination. Candidate Name : SUNEEL SUGGALA Registered Email Address : email address removed for privacy reasons Date of PL 300 Certification : Saturday, August 16, 2025 Please do the needful. Hello Support, After Succesfully enrolling in the TSP Program, i went on with the next step. On the 14th of July 2025 i've created an account to generate Achievement codes with. Untill this day i still have no possibility to achieve this. I have enrolled the newly created account (Training<PartnerID>@outlook.com) according to the account-enrollment-for-achievement-code.pdf twice but that made no difference.. Please help me out :)
