Assign a shortcut to Touch Keyboard in Windows
I need to launch Touch Keyboard without the need to going to the bottom of the screen and click on its icon, because it's time consuming and I have to do this repeatedly. I use mechanical keyboard but in order to write in foreign alphabets, I need to use Touch keyboard which is on my screen and I can use mouse to select words. It'd be great if I could launch Touch keyboards quickly with a keyboard shortcut. Upvote in feedback hub: https://aka.ms/AAdps2m
Microsoft Surface7 and windows 11 Upgrade Now keyboard wont come up
I've had my Surface 7 for a year with the snap on keyboard. Whenever I wanted to use it like an iPad I would just pull off the keyboard, and the onboard keyboard would take over. Since I installed Windows 11 the onboard keyboard will not pop up. Help!
Keyboard mis-behaving
I run Win10 32 bit and Razer Blackwidow keyboard. I recently had a meltdown of Win10 and I had to reinstall Windows and all of my programs. Following this, I had the following problem with my keyboard. When I hit the symbol @ on the keyboard, the symbol " is displayed. When I hit the symbol " on the keyboard, the symbol @ is displayed. I have tried using a different keyboard but with the same result. How can I fix this? Help would be appreciated.Split Keyboard Layout is missing - insider dev build 21318
I have the new keyboard design that was introduced recently. but the Split layout Is missing. I only have: Default, Small and Traditional, No Split layout available. right now the transparency effect only exists when the touch keyboard is moveable and not docked. the effect is beautiful and also gives us an idea of what's behind the screen, I need the transparency effect even when the touch keyboard is docked. I find it hard to tap on and use the suggested words when using the touch keyboard, specially when using swype feature. if instead of 10 suggested words, there was 3 accurate suggested words, it would be a lot easier and also if they were slightly bigger so it would be easier to touch/tap on them. the suggested words should be almost the same size as any touch keyboard buttons for letters, to be equally easy to tap on and use. the Microsoft keyboard on Android suggests 3 words and it's very convenient and easy to tap on them. if you like this suggestion please upvote it on feedback hub: https://aka.ms/AAamxpr thank you! insider dev build 21277Allow us to change the scaling of buttons on Split touch keyboard
Based on different devices, I usually need to make the buttons bigger and decrease the distance between left and right sets of buttons to make the keyboard more convenient and easier to use. I am having this problem when testing RTM builds of Windows 10 / Server 2019 Build 17763.1. Install from scratch (EN-US version of windows), and select Slovenian keyboard on start of the installation process. When windows loads for the first time into desktop it shows an error that it can't download "language tools" from windows update ? "Something happened, and we couldn't install a feature." My PC is connected via gigabit ethernet to the main gateway. Image: This error message also appears every time i reset my PC. Is this going to be fixed when 17763.1 will be available on windows update ?
