Hi, We are experiencing issues with the reschedule-feature in MS Bookings. Issue: If customers reschedules an appointment, the staff gets no notification and the appointment in outlook calendar is not updated. Notifitcation: We received the notifications before. We first experienced this issue this week. One workaround for the missing notification is checking the box, that the company receives notifications for new and changed appointments. But this does not influence the syncing error. Syncing: The syncing works fine if we reschedule the appointment via bookings page. The syncing does not work if the customer reschedules the appointment via the link in the appointment. On the customer side, everything is syncing fine. The screenshot below shows the issue recreated in a test-case. Does anyone have a solution or is experiencing similar issues? Hello, Hoping someone can help us find a workaround. We utilize Bookings to schedule and conduct group- style open interviews for an entry level position at our organization. We are finding that when an applicant books a meeting, and then cancels their booking, everyone booked, including the staff member assigned, receives a cancellation notice. Further, the meeting disappears from the Bookings calendar and shows as CANCELLED on the staff member's Teams calendar. We are assuming this is not how the feature was intended to function and it is causing confusion among our applicants. Hello, I've been using a personalized color pattern in Bookings for a while on many calendars. Sadly, since today, I've had two different calendars showing a correct preview of the inputed color (purple) but the actual result completely differs (green). Hi all, A few months ago I set up two bookings pages (eg Booking1 and Booking2) for a client. Each booking page has two services - Meeting in Person and Online Meeting. Lately we have been facing some strange issues. 1. Suddenly the two booking pages have the same name. Nobody has changed the page name, yet Booking1 changed to Booking2. 2. Recently the client changed the availability days from 8/1/2025 to 31/8/2025 to Not Available for booking. I checked and it was working fine, but today the availability days chenged to 7/16/2025 -7/21/2025 Not Available for Bookings. How is that possible? I have also noticed the whole booking system will sometimes throw errors and not work, but it fixes on refresh. What are all these issues? Is it a user's bad or is it the system?
