[UPDATE 4/21] Setting the VM to use a single core in VMware allows this build to boot without any issues. This is more of a heads up for people trying to install this build in VMware. Most attempts to boot this build in the latest version of VMware will result in a MEMORY_MANAGEMENT BSOD. After several restarts, you will eventually get into Setup/Windows. Here's a feedback hub link for those who have also experienced this. https://aka.ms/AAgq409 Does anyone have a physical machine that has 2 or more CPUs installed? If so, can you please try to boot 25099 and see if you get the MEMORY_MANAGEMENT BSOD? I would love to know if this occurs on real hardware From what I've observed: 25099 with 6 processor cores in VMware: Fine 25099 with 4 physical CPUs: BSODs13KViews4likes3CommentsI shut down my computer and then booted it up and now everything is gone.
Hey there! So I'm having a major problem right now with my PC. So I got the Windows 11 Insider program back in late September to upgrade to Windows 11 early, and it was working just fine. But earlier today, my Computer was acting slower than usual which was a pain, so I decided to shut it down. But then around 2 hours later, I opened it up and everything is gone. I mean maybe not EVERYTHING per say since some of the programs I've downloaded are still on the desktop screen. But when I try to access file explorer, all of my files are gone. Which is awful for me because I had a LOT of stuff on there including a picture I was working on coloring through Clip Studio Paint. Worse yet, aside from file explorer, the computer won't let me access anything either. I can't go to settings, I can't go to Microsoft Edge, nothing. I'm currently using another computer to write this down. The taskbar never loads either. It just stays stuck in limbo with the mouse pointer showing that it's always loading and nothing else. The screen keeps flashing to white then back to the desktop image and continuously does that. Practically nothing works and it's driving me crazy. I heard there was an Insider update today but I swear I knew nothing about it until after I looked it up. I didn't install it at all, at least not intentionally, so I'm wondering if this is a problem on Microsoft's end and I really hope it is. Because this is awful. We're thinking about sending it to a computer repairing store but I'm hoping there might be some way for me to fix this myself. It looks hopeless though. I really hope I can get my files back somehow cause if some of my programs still show signs of being there then they must not be gone completely. Please help me, I'm desperate. I use my computer all the time and I had a picture I was working on that I planned on finishing by Halloween. And also, since I'm using a different computer, I can't sign in to social media accounts because all of my passwords were on my computer that's not working and I don't remember any of them which just makes everything worse. I could still use my phone thankfully but yeah, I'm at my limits and I really need help getting everything back to normal. Thank you for taking your time to read this and tell me what I could possibly do to fix it.4.9KViews0likes8CommentsUnable to download Windows 11 Insider Preview Build ISO from Windows Insider Website
Consistently, when trying to download the latest ISO of the latest Windows 11 Insider Preview Build (DEV), I get the following error: Error We are unable to complete your request at this time. If you believe that you encountered this problem in error, please try again. If the problem persists you may contact https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/contactus/page for assistance. I have tried this in Edge and Edge Canary, to no avail. I can download builds via WIndows Update on another machine, perfectly fine, so I am unsure as to why this doesn't let me. I did try contacting Microsoft support but they said I need to post here. Any help greatly appreciated, this is somewhat time critical as the build on this machine has now expired due to it not being switched on for a while. Thanks in advance.4KViews0likes1CommentAnnouncing Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 19536

I have been an insider for over a year and all of a sudden I was presented with this in the settings I also can't download the preview ISOs from the website with error code 715-123130. I have made sure im on the latest stable version of windows, I have done a complete reinstall (wiped the entire drive and reinstall from scratch), run an sfc /scannow and DISM restore-health, tried the windowselfhost key fix. Nothing works. Any ideas?1.4KViews0likes1CommentYour insider build ran into a problem

Issue: MS Store shows all apps need updating and are in "pending" status. Active download stay at 0% or error out. Troubleshooting: 1) Reset app. 2) Ran troubleshooter. 3) Terminated store app processes, repaired, and reset. 4) Let MS tech remote attempt to fix (deleted store app and reinstalled.) I am currently in the MS Insider program and did not know about it until attempting to troubleshoot my broken MS Store client. I had a MS tech remote in and attempt to resolve it but none of their attempts worked and they put the fault on the Insider. I do not know what to do and have followed the basic troubleshooting for the app and really need this remediated as it is impacting my telework and all of my out of date apps are blocked from loading,258Views0likes1CommentI was told by a Microsoft assistant to come here for help regarding an insider update issue.
As the title reads, a Microsoft assistant told me to consult this community regarding the issue I am facing now. A while ago, I foolishly did not read the fine print and opted into the dev channel of the insider program, because I was having difficulty installing Windows 11. I later found out to my horror that, I could not opt out until a particular window was announced. I have been waiting since then, and updating my computer in hopes that one of these updates will allow me to swap back to the beta channel, and then, hopefully to a stable version of Windows. When I attempted to update today to the "Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Insider Preview (10.0.26120.2705) (KB5050636)", I received the "Install error - 0x800f081f" message, and all the results I have searched have so far given me nothing but pieces of advice that make me fearful for the safety of my computer data. Is there anything I can do that will not run the risk of data deletion, or is it hopeless? I feel like I've run down every alley here. Thank you.200Views1like2CommentsFacing Issues with Insider Preview (27808.1000)
Hello, I’m facing an issue where my graphics application (Autodesk Fusion 360) only works when I disable my NVIDIA graphics driver. However, as soon as I enable the driver, the application stops working. System Details: GPU Model: NVIDIA 1650 Operating System: Windows 11 Insider Preview 27808.1000 (rs_prerelease) Driver Version: NVIDIA Driver Version 572.70 Application Affected: Autodesk Fusion 360, OpenSCAD Troubleshooting Steps I’ve Tried: Reinstalled the NVIDIA Driver (Used a clean installation from the official NVIDIA website). Tried Rolling Back the Driver (If a newer update caused the issue). Checked NVIDIA Control Panel Settings (Set preferred GPU to NVIDIA, power management to maximum performance). Verified Windows Updates (Ensured my OS is up to date). Checked for Application-Specific Compatibility Issues.99Views0likes2Comments
