We have had to create a new bookings page as we lost all services on our original page that has been in use for the past 2 years. Now when we schedule using our new page, any notifications to a gmail.com account bounce back to us as undeliverable. When I compared my original site to the new site I can see that the booking page address and the email address that is sending the notifications are using our domain name, but my new site does not have as clean of a name and the email address has 'onmicrosoft' included in it. Is there a way to override the booking page address and email address for a Booking page858Views0likes4CommentsConditional access blocks, even when Smartphone is marked as compliant
Hi Everyone. I'm trying to access my Exchange Mailbox over the Gmail App on my Pixel 8 Pro. Now my Problem is that a conditional access policy is blocking the access. I've created a policy that grants access to the "Office 365 Exchange Online" Resource, if passwordless MFA is satisfied and the device is marked as compliant. At the beginning I was trying to grant access if the Gmail App is protected by an app protection policy, which didn't work because Gmail does not support app protection policies, so I turned that off. So, my Smartphone is a BYOD and I've enrolled it into Intune with the "Android (personally-owned work profile)" enrollment method. A compliance policy is assigned, and Intune shows me that the device is compliant. Intune deploys the Gmail App to my work profile. I've read several documentations and I also deployed Google Chrome, Google Calendar and the Bing Search App just to be sure. But it still blocks access to the resource. I also made an Email configuration profile, to auto-setup the Gmail App with my Credentials. So everytime I open the Gmail App in my Work Profile, it tries to setup the account, I get an MFA number-matching prompt from MS Authenticator and then it tells me to download the company portal app and enroll my smartphone into Intune. Strange behavior because as I mentioned above, my Phone is indeed managed and marked as compliant in Intune. I was going through the Sign-in Logs, and I've seen that every logged attempt claims that the device is not compliant and not even managed. I feel like that I'm missing a big point. I would be thankfull if anyone has an idea to solve this ❤️ Thanks.Solved2.2KViews0likes2CommentsOutlook for mac not syncing Gmail inbox

Hello everybody, I bought a new windows11 computer and installed office on it, a month and a half ago. I added my Gmail account for reading emails in Outlook via IMAP, It worked great for approximately one week and then stopped working (didn't received new emails). I tried to remove my account and add it again with no success. after I read a post about a problem similar to mine (here for example: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/windows-insider-program/windows-mail-doesn-t-sync-with-custom-pop3-imap-servers/m-p/2799751) I tried to install other email client app (mozilla's thunderbird, windows mail) with no success. On windows Mail it doesn't work either. I have another computer with Windows 10 installed on it and there it works well. My Windows 11 is updated + optional updates. Steps to reproduce the Issue: Create an email pbidistro@domain.com Set the name on the email as "PBI Distro" From Flow send email using SMTP or Gmail action. Receive email with Display Name as pbidistro In SMTP action, we have also tried the following in From field: "PBI Distro <PBIDistro@domain.com>" "PBI Distro (PBIDistro@domain.com)" So, is there a way to edit "Display Name" while sending an email through flow? We want to make sure the email's "Display Name" looks pretty when user receives the email.Email notifications in Bookings - not sending to the business email
My gmail account has been the business email linked to our Bookings account. Up until 11/20-ish, I was receiving regular emails for any new appointments scheduled or changes made to appointments. But after that, I haven't received anything in my email. I have checked spam and trash, both aren't receiving the emails. I also tried changing the business email to my microsoft email, and am still not receiving notifications there. Each of our services have "notify the business via email when a booking is created or changed" checked. Any assistance in this would be extremely helpful. When my Surface Book 2 resumes after sleeping, Gmail is frozen. I need to manually refresh the page to get it to respond. Not sure if this is an issue with Edge insider (79.0.308.1) or the SB2 (and the recent firmware updates). I haven't tested with the OWA for Office 365. Cheers!! Love the project.1.1KViews0likes2CommentsOutlook calendar vs Gmail Calendar
Hello... I am trying to share my calendars within Outlook via Office 365. Here is my dilemma... I need to mimic the same experience as I would within the Google calendars. I am moving from Gmail to Office 365 (for my business) and I have users that have used the Gmail Calendar for years and they want to have a similar experience. They like that view has multiple calendars on the left and you can share the calendar with internal and external people... and you can see all of the calendars in one view. Is there a view and/or group and/or resource and/or setup and/or Sharepoint site that can mimic the look and feel of what Gmail has given my users for years? The thing is... I would like the calendar events/objects to appear within my calendar app on my phone. Is that possible?3.1KViews0likes0Comments
